The ChiRunning® is based on a set of principles that will help you run and train more efficiently and with less effort, whether on asphalt or in the mountains. ChiRunning® unites the internal focus of Tai Chi with the power and energy of the race, to create a technique that moves the workload to the core muscles (CORE), allowing the legs to work less.
The emphasis of ChiRunning® is placed on conditioning so there is no blockage of energy in your body. Its two main objectives are energy efficiency and the prevention of injuries, achieved from the alignment of our body and the relaxation of our limbs.
