Alinghi. Interactive Experience.
Exhibition area and multimedia experience.
The “Alinghi_interactive experience” was, together with the “simulator”, the most ambitious project that the Alinghi marketing team had prepared in order to immerse their guests and visitors in the experience of sailing with their team. The interactive experience was situated next to an exhibition area in a room of 15 x 5 x 5 m that featured a 15 x 3 m screen with sound, light, wind and water effects. The projection of a film that showed the Alinghi sailing team manoeuvring at sea, accompanied by coordinated special effects, created the feeling of actually being on board with the team, thus providing a total immersion in a sport that we can normally only observe from a distance.
